Applications

When you apply for a job we pass your name, contact details, message and CV to that employer so they can consider you. We pass it to nobody else and we do not sell candidate data to recruitment agencies.

How long we keep it

We hold application records for 12 months so employers can revisit a shortlist, then delete them. Ask us sooner and we will delete yours.

Employer accounts

We hold your name, email, organisation and billing details while the account is open. Payments go through Stripe and we never see your card number.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@carejobs247.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
